SPECIAL FOLD  

I have talked about face-timing with Pam before.  She wanted my to try a new card fold using layers.  Both cards were made with the same measurements.

The outside card piece measures

4 1/4" x 11"

score at 2 3/4" and 5 1/2"

The inside piece measures

3 1/4" x 9"

score at 3" x and 3"

The center piece with the image

is 2 3/4" x 3"

It is funny how 2 people can look at an image and copy it.  My BFF and I did some face-timing tonight.  We both looked at a card on pinterest and cased the same card.  I love how hers turned out different from mine but they are both pretty.
This is a photo of her card.  The only difference is that I did mine of Denim blue and she used Black licorice card stock.

My BFF and I live hundreds of miles apart but we bring paper to life via Face time.  It is so much fun and almost as good as having her here with me.  This is the card I made last night with her.

The background paper was made a while ago.  I used FSJ Liquid colors on water color paper.  Then I laid a stencil on top and spritz water.  I then blotted the water off and lifted the stencil.  It leaves a watermark of the stencil by removing some of the color.  The boots and flowers were colored with FSJ Color Burst pencils.  Hit the shopping cart button to link to me.
